Terms & Conditions

Shipping & Handling:

• Items will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Allow 3-5 days for delivery within Australia and 7-10 days for International orders
• We are not responsible for carrier transit time. Note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods or inclement weather conditions.
• All items will be dispatched from our Bowral NSW, Australia warehouse directly.
• Shipping and handling (S&H) charges in Australia are fixed and for any extra purchase, shipping rate is calculated based on the quantity purchased. This applies even if the items are sent in the same package. Please factor in the S&H charges before you place your order.
• All our items will be shipped to address given by buyer so please confirm your address on before you pay

Payment Methods:

• We ONLY accept PayPal or Bank Deposit
• Please do not email us to ask for other payment option.

Return Policy:

• Returns for exchange are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within the following periods:
• Defective/Wrong Items or Refund  - within 7 days of receipt.

 

If you would like to return your product(s) for replacement / refund, please send an email to info@weddingsonshow.com stating reasons why you wish to return it.

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs for all circumstances.

Other Terms & Conditions:

• For Australian orders GST is added to the price of the item only. GST is not added to postage costs.
